A 20-practitioner practice pays around $35/month per practitioner: full credentialing, expiration tracking, packet generation, audit log, and manual primary-source verification across every payer, state board, and facility your practitioners work with.
Plans renew annually. Add seats mid-year and we pro-rate to your plan year. The published per-seat rate is the floor, not the ceiling: volume discounts only get bigger from there, and there is no size we will not quote. Delegated credentialing, multi-entity rollups, and verification-only arrangements are all commercial structures we will write, and multi-entity support in the product is coming. AI agents query the original issuing source for each credential, return verified data in moments, and only charge you for credentials we successfully verify.

Charge on success. Credits are only consumed when our AI agents successfully confirm a credential at its primary source. If a verification can't be completed, no credit is debited. Nothing to refund because nothing was charged.

Is there a setup fee?
No.
Are there long-term contracts?
No. Annual plans, cancel anytime. If you cancel, your practitioners keep their wallets.
What if my practice grows mid-year?
Add seats anytime. We pro-rate to your plan year. Adding a new practitioner to a 4–11 plan mid-year costs $325 × the fraction of the year remaining.
Do you have volume discounts?
Yes. Built into the per-seat rate. The more practitioners you have, the lower the per-seat number drops, to $269 per additional seat at the largest published tier, and lower again on a custom proposal.
Is there a maximum practice size?
No. The calculator is priced through 100 practitioners because that is where most independent practices land. Above that we quote directly, and the per-seat number keeps dropping. IPAs, MSOs, staffing networks, and multi-entity groups are all structures we have priced.
Is the AI verification optional?
Yes. Every plan includes manual primary-source verification on every credential at no additional charge. AI verification is an add-on for practices that want rapid same-day turnaround instead of next-week. You only pay for it when you use it.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every plan starts free. You can sign up, build credential wallets for your practitioners, and run manual verifications without entering a card. You only pay when you upgrade or run an agentic AI verification.
What if a credential I want to verify isn't in your supported list?
Tell us. We add new credential types regularly, and there's no charge if we can't verify it.
I'm an IPA or MSO with delegated credentialing. What's the price?
Talk to us. The per-seat rate is the floor; for delegated credentialing structures, we usually structure a custom proposal that includes volume-discounted agentic verification.
